OGC Publisher Tool

The OGC Publisher utility is an easy to install, easy to use tool that simplifies the process of publishing oceanographic data to key OGC standards. The goal is to lower the barriers to participation in the IOOS Interoperability Demo and to facilitate greater interoperability in general. The first phase of development is now complete and two organizations are participating in the first round of testing.
