NODC Project Codes

National Oceaographic Data Center assigns unique numerical identifiers from 1-999 to each project name.

The National Oceanographic Data Center (NODC) assigns unique numerical codes from 1-999 (9999 is for unknown) to each project name. When available, project names and acronyms are included in the list. However, some project names do not have acronyms, and a number of project acronyms do not have names. The list has over 400 projects.
