This is a .txt template-driven metadata development tool.

This is a template-driven (in .txt format) metadata development tool from NOAA Coastal Services Center. A web data entry-tool can be created from the template. MetaScribe is a companion to the Chew 'N Spit and MP tools developed by the USGS to validate metadata to the FGDC standard.
