Metadata Tool Extension for ArcCatalog

This is an extension to existing tools to improve importing existing and legacy metadata into ArcCatalog and getting metadata to parse with MP. Not designed to work with Geodatabases. Highlights: batch import/export of metadata into from ArcCatalog, fix for attribute scrambling when imported metadata don't have same number and order of attributes that ArcCatalog expects.
