Review of Guides in Progress and Related Matters

• Stephanie - Ontology Tools guide
• Anthony – Discipline specific standards profiles and extensions
• Google docs sharing
• Action Item: Andrew will work on google docs sharing issue, test share to everyone again

Drupal Transition Update – Action Items:

• Nan will be emailing a list of tasks that others can help with, among them:
• Site help, what remains confusing?
• “Unclassified” under “website transition team documents” need to have a type assigned

Citations

• How to cite a particular Guides page?
• How to cite the Guides as a whole?

Action Item: Need page outlining proper methods for both of these for people citing guides.

Talked about different standards of citation on web. Ours is combo of web and book. Looking at Chicago m.o.s., ATA, MLA. Issue of authors/contributors. Contributors lost between Plone & Drupal.

Action Items: John will look into technical side, Anthony will look more into the citation methods

Misc.

• John desires input regarding the ‘Guides’ team folder homepage, to replace ‘Working Guides’
• Action Item: Caryn will look more into this
• Next Conference Call in two weeks, tentatively Tuesday May 6th .
