Postfix
Postfix is used to send mail on the web server
Postfix is included in the default configuration of Mac OS X Server 10.5 and can be enabled using Server Admin and is listed under Mail. The configuration is simple, only allowing SMTP on the machine. No further configuration was done on the mail server, though there are options to handle spam, enable mailing lists, and provide POP and IMAP access for users with mail hosted on the server.
