 From 1/15/09 Minutes:

• Carlos- will look into appropriate places for pointers back to the guides TO DO
• John & Paul will brainstorm on ways to best implement related content/keyword searches? ON HOLD
• Paul will look into fixing the html in mouseover tool tips, from the 'read more' link of the tool tip
  Note: This depends very much on the update of the tool tip improvements
  - 3-4 hours of work estimated - Paul can do.  Includes a couple of other bits.
• Paul will look to improve tool tip - part of the above

From 1/22/09 Minutes:

• Paul will work on the time of definition pop-up hover  PART OF ABOVE
• Paul will look into a change in style of links via the style sheet- decision was made that the glossary terms should look different (color) than links to pages/sites - PART OF ABOVE

From 2/26/09 Minutes:

• John asks that the revision capability be made available throughout the site. Ellyn suggests that we try it out with the guides first, before adding it to the whole site.  John would like to get it working on the dev site sooner rather than later.  Paul would like to get the bugs discovered today cleaned up, but then will put it on the whole dev site.  PROBABLY DONE - Paul will confirm

From 3/13/09 Minutes:

• Anthony will take on reviewing the glossary definitions - IN PROGRESS. 
  • 2 need discussion still...talk to Luis on Ontology...ask for comment again...some changes needed in guides themselves - 3-4 hours work.
• Caryn will speak to Luis to determine specific goals, needs etc. of the OOSTethys community
  Draft Outline Is Available Here  PAUL INTERESTED IN SOME HOW-TO GUIDES RELATED TO REPOSITORY
• Karen, Anthony, Paul (maybe) are the book publication subcommitee. Anthony will look further into the publication process
