Integrated Sensing, Modeling, and Analysis Using Sensor Webs at the 2010 IEEE Aerospace Conference
The 2010 IEEE Aerospace Conference will be held March 6-13, 2010 at Big Sky, Montana. The conference includes Session 6.12 on “Integrated Sensing, Modeling, and Analysis Using Sensor Webs”.
This session will focus on the remote sensing components in the sensing
system, which performs the data acquisition (e.g., spacecraft), system
control (whether autonomous or externally provided), and processing
(science data product) elements; and the modeling and support
components such as:
- Science research analysis and data assimilation in the prediction models and analysis tools;
- Data utilization and applications in decision support systems; and
- Planning and scheduling with systems beyond the sensing and processing resources of the sensor web
Papers from the government, academia and industry are encouraged.
Aviation Week has said: "The IEEE event has established itself as one
of the premier policy and technical forums for civil, commercial, and
military aerospace issues."
The deadline for abstract submission is July 1st. A 500-word text-only abstract must be submitted to the conference website http://www.aeroconf.org/.
To submit, click the blue “Submit Abstract” button near the top of the
left panel of the web site and follow directions for login and
submission. Other key dates for 2010 are:
Draft papers due NLT November 1, 2009
Reviews available about November 13, 2009
Final papers due January 4, 2010
