• Is there a clear base vocabulary among these? IOOS variable list is the most prominent so far.
• Will need to try to acquire definitions along with the terms in the vocabulary files, if at all possible. As well, should get participants to identify the vocabulary source (e.g., IOOS vocabulary list) if they are borrowing terms.
