Web Redesign Near-term Plan

The second MMI proposal includes a redesign of the MMI Web site. The goal of this project is to make the valuable resources on the site easier to find and use.

WHOI Web Team Plan

The WHOI web team has started a "fact finding" exercise so that we can generate a well-informed and concrete proposal for web site re-design. This proposal will be presented to the chief PI and technical lead (John and Luis) and to appropriate MMI oversight committees before being implemented.

    • Develop initial wireframe
      • Navigational structure and nomenclature

Backend system

  • Establish Test Plone Site and port old site as test
  • Install Sample Plone Products for Testing
