Web Team—January 2009

Considerable improvements continue to be made to the web site, tuning it for presentation and usage issues (spam).

Discussion of the MMI, AGU and You page and the embedded links in it led to agreement on an improved format.

A feedback form has been added, requiring captcha from anyone not logged into the site. The form is at the bottom of each page; we'll decide if it needs to be more prominently placed based on usage.

We are investigating blogging on the site.

We should try to have regular report on site usage, generated automatically. The monthly report could point to it, and include an additional comment if there are noteworthy results.
