Presented to a full auditorium ""Vocabulary Integration Environment"" at the 2nd Colombian Congress of Computation. Sent abstract to Geoinformatics conference for ""Semantic Mediator Architecture for Environmental Science"".
Lus Bermudez presented his talk on the vocabulary tool VINE to the full auditorium at the 2nd Columbian Congress of Computation. A number of audience members approached him afterward for further information.
Luis also led the creation of the Semantic Mediator Architecture for Environmental Science abstract, which will consolidate a number of the semantic concepts being explored in MMI work like OOSTethys.
Extended discussions on details of SensorML specification of concepts and terms took place on the SensorML mailing list, in one case using examples from the SMI workshop. These concepts are very much in work.
MMI posted a community news item on the creation of a URN resolution service by the OpenGeospatial Consortium team.
