Participants continued advancing the Oceans IE Topics. Luis Bermudez co-Chaired a Sensor Web Enablement Workshop at CTS 2009 and presented a paper about the result of Oceans IE Phase I

Participants continued working on:

  • Incorporating Q2O solutions to the toolkits,
  • Advancing the standard registry services for SOS, which will allow mapping from SOS metadata to ISO metadata.
  • Advancing URIS encodings that could be used at NOOA IOOS and USGS. For example URNs
  • Making available new version of toolkits.
  • Developing XSLTs (by NOAA/ IOOS)  to output data in various formats (KML,  CSV).
  • Advancing PUCK , which  had a kickoff telecon and Tom O. at Europe advance installing PUCK in European observatories.
