Finding the correct labels (or identifiers) for input and outputs of devices.

BODC

Steps:

1. Go to this link: http://vocab.ndg.nerc.ac.uk/client/vocabServer.jsp
2. Select BODC parameter usage vocabulary
3. Search for strings that could be found in the definition

CF

Steps:

1. Go to this link: http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/documents/cf-standard-names/6/cf-standard-name-table.html
2. Search for the strings that could be found in the label or the definition of the term

Note that CF has a process for adding terms, a little too detailed to go into at this moment. If you find variables that do not have existing CF terms, provide a name that you think would be suitable. We may create a list of proposed CF terms later!
