Discussion

• BA: Because they are more of a physical characteristic (by design), suggest moving the OperationalRestriction subconcepts (except OperationalRange and its subclasses) to the same category as Weight, Buoyancy, Dimension, Material, ie., as subclasses of PhysicalLimit.
• We agreed on creating class MeasurementRange as a subclass of MeasurementCapabilities
• BM: example specs: http://www.onsetcomp.com/products/data-loggers/u12-006#tabs-product_page... , http://www.onsetcomp.com/products/sensors/tmc6-hc#tabs-product_page_tabs...
• Create class EnvironmentalTolerance (EnvironmentalToleranceLimit is a better name?): this will capture what are now OperationalRange and AbsolutePhysicalLimit.  
• Environmental tolerance will have a "consequence" property indicating what happens if the environment tolerance limit is not met. Possible values include "damaged," "stop working", "unreliable measurements."  Any others? These can be capture via an enumerated type.
• Environment tolerances include what is now under AbsolutePhysicalLimit and spray tolerance, submersion, water tolerance (how is this defined?), wave tolerance, acceleration, RF tolerance, vibration?
• Re. 2.e.2 Engagement, active/passive: include this as a property of Sensor
• BA: On 2.e.3. Sensing Method, I'm not sure what "in situ at a distance" means?  What is an example? RL: Radar water level recorder or radar wave gauge? NG: ADCPs come to mind.
