IPTC Core Schema for XMP v 1.0 revision 8

This is the current IPTC metadata scheme for XMP that includes an XML Schema, Customized Panels for Adobe software to allow editing the metadata, and documentation for mapping metadata back and forth between the old ""IPTC Header"" and the new scheme.
