Automatic Exposure Project -- Technical Metadata

This RLG-led initiative advocates capturing standard technical metadata about digital images automatically, as part of image creation. The goal is to minimize the cost of acquiring this information and to maximize its availability for preserving and maintaining access to images. (Technical metadata focuses more on the image's digital attributes, rather than the context of the image.)
